IMPORTANT FOR MULTI-FAMILY: Spark will work with multi-family forms, however, your MLS does not allow exporting of all of the necessary multi-family data. Now load Spark by going to and follow the steps there.Save the file by whichever file name and into whichever folder you prefer (depending on your browser settings you may not be given the option to choose the file name/location and that's okay, it probably just went into your Downloads folder - you can contact us for help with changing your browser settings).Once it says it's ready, click on Download again.Verify that Include column names as first row is checked and then click Download.On the Column Set drop-down select Spark.Verify List Rows is selected and all properties that you want are included in the For: field.On the results page of your search, click Download toward the top right.Verify that the search you are exporting includes the properties you want to load into Spark (and into your appraisal report).Now you're done with the one-time setup of creating the custom export for Spark!
